Cheongsudang Bakery is a Jongno aesthetic cafe just a 4-minute walk from Jongno 3-ga Station. From the entrance, a gentle mist fills the air, and the bamboo and stepping stone photo zones make a strong impression. This aesthetic cafe offers a peaceful, nature-inspired atmosphere, making it one of the best photogenic cafes near me for both domestic and international visitors.

Nature-Friendly Spaces at This Jongno Aesthetic Cafe
The stepping stones at the entrance and between the cafe divides the space into three areas. The first area near the entrance is decorated with natural materials, offering a calm, relaxing ambiance accompanied by soft music.

When you cross the first stepping stone, there are seats where you can seat on the floor.

The stepping stones in between the cafe were beautiful. It was an interesting experience crossing them inside the cafe. It’s definitely a competitive advantage that attracts many visitors.

There are small fish inside the pond.

This peaceful area allows you to see the nature through the large window. It’s the spot I like after the entrance area.

When you cross the second stepping stones, there are another seating area with wooden tables and chairs. Unlike the entrance zone, it doesn’t feature natural decorations, so the interior feels simpler.

The cafe is popular with both domestic and international visitors and is usually busy. None of the three zones have power outlets, making them ideal for conversations with friends rather than work.
Unique Desserts and Coffee at Cheongsudang Jongno Aesthetic Cafe

Cheongsudang Bakery offers distinctive desserts such as square cakes, Mont Blanc, and yakgwa (traditional Korean sweets). The yakgwa are also prepared as gift items.

The counter showcases a variety of yakgwa that you can order.

The gift yakgwa is beautifully displayed.

I ordered Stone Drip Coffee with Ethiopia coffee bean(₩6,300) and Matcha Fromage Cake (₩15,000). The coffee had a strong, wine-like acidity. The matcha cake is layered with white cream and matcha powder on top, with a black decoration that was a small bread sprinkled with matcha. While the black topping didn’t suit my taste, the cake itself was not too sweet and very delicious. Portions are generous, making it ideal for sharing with a friend rather than eating alone.
