Jamsil Best Sushi Sasanoha Near Seokchon Station

Why Jamsil Best Sushi Sasanoha Is Always Worth the Wait

Sasanoha, known as Jamsil Best Sushi Sasanoha, is a Japanese restaurant located a 4-minute walk from Exit 3 of Seokchon Station. This place is famous for filling up waiting lines quickly after opening at 5 PM and is considered one of the best sushi near me in the Jamsil area.
Once two teams are registered for on-site waiting, seat waiting can be reserved through Catch Table. We reserved a seat and entered as the fourth team, but because customers tend to stay for a long time, we ended up waiting about 40 minutes after arriving at the restaurant.

Seat waiting stayed above 30 teams, showing why Jamsil Best Sushi Sasanoha is often mentioned as a best Japanese restaurant near me. Interestingly, the standing tables had almost no waiting.
We started eating at a standing table before seats became available and moved to a seated table after about 10 minutes. At first, standing felt like it might be uncomfortable, but it was surprisingly fine. If it’s crowded next time, using only the standing table would still be a good option.

For drinks, we ordered Applekind (8,800 KRW) and oolong tea (4,800 KRW).
The Applekind had a deep apple juice flavor, while the oolong tea was a simple, unsweetened tea.

The cucumber salad (6,800 KRW), served with doenjang, used very fresh cucumbers and worked well as a palate cleanser.

The shuto aglio e olio (12,800 KRW) came topped with plenty of cheese, giving it a salty flavor with a strong cheese aroma. Eating it with roasted garlic created a good balance.
