Crogel Rooftop Cafe Seoul – How to Get There

Rezero Café is about a 12-minute walk from Gyeongbokgung Station exit 7. I had a little difficult time walking up the hill before arrival. The entrance isn’t obvious, but you’ll notice a parking lot with the REZERO sign and a narrow path beside it. Turn left at the end of the hill, and enter the building. You’ll see claw machines and an elevator with the café sign.

How to Order – Drinks, Crogel, and Helpful Staff

At this rooftop cafe near me, Rezero Seoul, you can order via kiosk or directly at the counter. For pastries like the crogel (croissant + bagel), simply grab what you want, place it on your tray, and pay at the counter. The staff kindly answered all of my questions regarding the floors and recommended me to heat the crogel in the microwave for 2–3 minutes at 200°C for the best result—crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside.

Enjoy the Best Crogel & Coffee at an Instagrammable Rooftop Cafe

I tried their café latte (₩7,000) with their basic coffee bean and a basil crogel (₩5,500). Though slightly more expensive than average cafés in Seoul, the experience at this crogel rooftop cafe in Seoul was worth it.
The latte had a strong coffee flavor. The crogel caught my eye thanks to the ad in the elevator, and I’m glad I tried it. The basil crogel had a thin, crispy outer layer and soft, chewy inside. It reminded me of a sweet basil pizza crust—but lighter, not oily or overly sweet. I usually don’t finish baked goods quickly, but this one was addictive.
Seoul Views from a Crogel Rooftop Cafe

The highlight of REZERO is its rooftop. Due to the hot summer weather, the 4th floor windows were closed, but the staff said I could leave my food on my seat and open the window to check out the rooftop. From the 4th floor and rooftop area, you can enjoy the Seoul city view, including the Namsan Tower, making it an instagrammable rooftop cafe.

The 4th floor is the ideal place for those looking for an café with outdoor seating. The interior has higher-level tables that are suitable for working on a laptop. There are some electrical outlets near the walls.
However, on the rooftop area, there are blue sculptures that act like benches. It’s hard to place trays on them so you are only allowed to bring drink in take-out containers.

If you’re coming with friends, the 3rd floor has more low-level tables suitable for chatting with friends.
