Corcovado has two entrances: the front gate, where you’ll be greeted by colorful animal murals, and the back gate, which looks plain with no exterior decoration. I entered through the back, but once inside, I was welcomed by bright green and yellow walls that instantly gave me tropical vibes.

Spacious First Floor at Corcovado Art Cafe Jongno – Focus Study Zone & Cafe
The walls are decorated with food posters, art pieces, and even media art. The calm and peaceful background music sets the perfect mood for studying, working, or simply unwinding. It’s definitely an art cafe near me kind of spot.
The first floor of Corcovado Art Cafe Jongno is huge with a variety of seating styles. Most of the tables are high level, making them suitable for studying, reading, or working. What I loved most is that every table has outlets, making Corcovado an ideal focus study zone & cafe in Jongno.

B1 Floor Art & Culture at Corcovado Art Cafe Jongno
On the B1 floor, large pieces of artwork are hung on the walls. One of the panels explains how the exhibition was originally held at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Gwacheon. It particularly highlights the process behind Korean movie poster photography. This thoughtful curation blends a focus study zone with an art cafe.

Outdoor Seating & Colorful Vibes
Outside the cafe in the front gate, there’s also a seating area where you can relax while enjoying the vibrant animal mural walls. The bright, colorful exterior makes it a great spot not only for coffee but also for photos.

Tropical Escape on the 2nd Floor of Corcovado Art Cafe Jongno
You can access the 2nd floor from the outside, where a colorful staircase decorated with bright wall paintings leads the way. Inside, the atmosphere shifts into a tropical escape, with soothing music, vibrant wall art, and plenty of green plants creating a natural vibe. The cushioned seating is extra comfortable, perfect for relaxing or chatting with friends. There’s also a counter on this floor, but it isn’t in use—so when you’re done, you’ll need to bring your dishes back down to the 1st floor counter before leaving.

Signature Drinks & Desserts at Corcovado Art Cafe Jongno

The staff at of Corcovado Art Cafe Jongno was very kind and offered recommendations. Their signature drinks include:
- Corco Brown
- Corco Blanco (made with cold brew)
- Banana Cream Latte (a sweeter option)
For desserts, he recommended their tiramisu (with matcha being the current popular choice, while strawberry is labeled the best), as well as tarts, with his personal favorite being the egg tart.
He also mentioned that fresh desserts are usually available around 10am, and the second floor opens at 11am. I visited early in the morning, so they weren’t available.

What I Ordered

I tried the Iced Corco Brown (₩6,500) and the Strawberry Tiramisu (₩9,800).
- Iced Corco Brown: A latte with rich cream on top. As a latte lover, I found it perfect. The staff suggested drinking it without mixing, and I agree—it was delicious as is.
- Strawberry Tiramisu: Topped with a hard strawberry chocolate layer, with jam, cake, and cream inside. It wasn’t overly sweet, making it dangerously addictive.

Final Thoughts
Corcovado Art Cafe Jongno is more than just a cafe—it’s a spacious, relaxing spot that combines art, coffee, and a focus study zone all in one. Whether you’re looking for an art cafe near Jongno 3ga Station, a big cafe near me to study in, or just a place to enjoy a signature drink and dessert, Corcovado is worth a visit.
I’ll definitely be coming back here to study and recharge.
