Cafe GongMyoung Sangsu – Atmosphere & First Impressions
At the entrance, you’ll notice a sign asking you to settle your belongings and choose a seat on the second floor before ordering at the counter. The first floor has a terrace with outdoor seating and a staircase leading up to the indoor seating areas.

The interior is filled with large windows, letting in plenty of natural light. On the second floor, you’ll find several small rooms, each with its own seating arrangement. Outlets are conveniently placed, making it perfect for studying or working. I sat by a window and enjoyed the chill, upbeat background music while getting work done.

The cafe has a calm, peaceful vibe—people keep conversations low, and the seating is comfortable, even for longer stays.

Cafe GongMyoung Sangsu Menu & Desserts Review

1. Bisque Chou (₩4,600)
Crispy exterior with creamy milk filling. Not overly sweet—perfect for my taste. The flavor is addictive, and I can see why it’s the most popular dessert here.
2. Raspberry Jam Scone (₩6,400)
Crisp outside, soft inside, with flavorful raspberry jam. Slightly reminded me of a raspberry sandwich—familiar yet unique. Worth ordering again!
3. GongMyoung Latte (₩6,500)
A signature drink. The staff recommended tasting the thick cream on top before mixing—it was like eating soft, creamy ice cream. The drink itself had a cinnamon milk flavor, and once mixed, it became rich and aromatic. A must-try for cinnamon lovers.
